All labor is guaranteed against leaks for a period of 5 years. Roofing blow-offs due to storms with winds over 60 mph cannot be covered. (See specific warranty from manufacturer on materials used.)
Time-consuming work necessary on extremely complex or cut-up jobs will be billed hourly as per our price sheet. Additional work necessary to make your job right, such as fixing splines or replacing rotted trim or boards, will be billed hourly as per our price sheet.
A $500 (non-refundable) deposit and signed contract must be received before we schedule your project. On jobs of $5,000 or less, 50% is due upon start of your project. On jobs of $5,000-$10,000, 33% is due upon start of your project and 33% is due upon completion of one-half of work. On jobs of $10,000-$20,000, 25% is due upon start of your project, 25% is due upon completion of one-third of your project, 25% is due upon completion of two-thirds of your project, and so forth. Upon completion of your project, the outstanding balance is due.
